Meet The Executive Team

Michael Hoffman, President and Founder

Michael Hoffman, SLAM’s President, has over 15 years of experience in representing elite professional athletes, including working with sports and entertainment icon, Shaquille O’Neal, NFL Hall of Famers Ronnie Lott, John Randle, and long time NFL Pro Bowlers, Willie McGinest, Eric Allen, and Ken Norton, Jr. while he was a member of Management Plus Enterprises and Premier Sports & Entertainment. In 2019, Michael negotiated an attention grabbing 4-year $29.5M free agent contract with the Packers for client, Billy Turner.

Michael is also an attorney and a member of the California State Bar. He is just as passionate about his family and resides in Beverly Hills with his wife and two children. 

Gary Uberstine, Executive Advisor

Gary has been an NFLPA certified agent for 25 years and has negotiated numerous record-breaking NFL contracts. He has long-standing relationships with NFL GM's and coaches from every NFL team. He is a visionary and creative professional who has demonstrated a keen ability to accurately anticipate changing NFL contractual market conditions.

Gary has authored, Enforceability of Sports Contracts: A Practitioner's Playbook and Covering All the Bases: A Comprehensive Research Guide to Sports Law, was a contributing author to An Athlete's Guide to Agents, and was the editor of The Law of Professional & Amateur Sports, the seminal treatise in sports law.

​​Before creating PSE Management, Gary was the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Management Plus Enterprises, where he assisted in every aspect of business for clients such as Shaquille O'Neal and Ronnie Lott. Gary also had stints as an attorney with the Elite Sports Network, Walt Disney Television and Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton. He was also on the Board of Directors of the Sports Lawyers' Association from 1987-2002. Gary graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from college before graduating with honors from Boalt Hall law school at the University of California, Berkeley.

Anthony Bendana, NFLPA Certified Agent

 Anthony Bendana was certified by the NFLPA in 2016. Prior to becoming an agent, Anthony played collegiately at Midwestern State in Texas and shortly after received his Masters degree in Multimedia Communications from the Academy of Art in San Francisco. Having grown up in California, playing collegiately in Texas and working in the football operations department at Florida International University, Anthony has the ability to relate to all types of players from across the country. Anthony is hands on and passionate in working with clients to help them achieve their goals on and off the field. Anthony’s personal approach is a key element to helping the clients grown beyond the football field.
